Because events are never one-size-fits-all, our pricing is custom and dependent on if you would like a bar rental, how many bartenders are needed to support your guest count & what you would like to serve.

EVERY TYPE OF BAR YOU CAN OFFER AT YOUR EVENT Let's breakdown the cost of a bar at any event, then customize a bar plan and option for bar service that is appropriate for your event and guests, the budget available for a bar and meets all your beverage needs. -> Your first (2) options with event bar and beverage service, OPEN BAR or CASH BAR? Do you opt for a DRINK PACKAGE or pay by CONSUMPTION? And what about SIGNATURE CRAFT COCKTAILS? To further explain your bar options available: An OPEN BAR is a setup where guests don’t pay for any of their drinks. There are two main ways that open bars are priced: Bar Package Pricing OR Pricing by Consumption- Know your family, friends and guests, the kind of event they want and/or you are planning to have and what is the occasion, to determine the best option for them. PRICING BY CONSUMPTION- This means that the host(s) are paying for the number of drinks ordered; the more the guests drink, the higher the total end of event beverage cost will be. The actual consumption will be determined by an "end of event" inventory and product count documented, which looks at how much was consumed from the difference between how much product you started the event with and how much product is left at the very end of your event. BAR PACKAGES- This form of beverage service is charged as a fixed price per person(pp), or per adult guest. They’re a good option if your group likes to drink if you’re having a long cocktail reception—or, overall, a livelier party. A Bar Beverage Package is often a better deal! Importantly, the hosts also know the cost upfront. “There aren’t any surprises at the end.” Our Open Bars can include up to all options available to you. These include spirits, as well as beer. wine, and specialty craft cocktails; With pricing these open bar packages, we have different tiers of service and price them accordingly. You will see a Beer & Wine Package, a Classic Bev Package(which adds a tier of liquor on top of already offering beer & wine, up to the largest bar and beverage service we provide(with the works!), the Authentic BEV Bar Package. This includes beer, wine, spirits and specialty cocktails(priced according to tier of spirit you decided to have available for your event attendees and guests). -> It all goes back to what the budget is, and what makes sense for your crowd and event. “Where it can get more premium is if you want one of our veteran bartender mixologists to design a signature cocktail just for the event. Working with one of our teams creative and expert mixologists to create such a drink (or multiple drinks) will generally come at an additional cost, however, a bar that just serves beer and wine is a great option for people who want to have some sort of alcohol(spirit(s)) available at their event, but don’t see themselves as cocktail-focused. MOVING INTO OUR OTHER BAR AND BEVERAGE SERVICE OPTIONS. -> CASH BAR At a cash bar, guests pay for their own drinks, just as they would at a bar or restaurant. Having a cash bar can save the host(s) from spending money, of course, but does set a different tone for the event, and puts a number of additional burdens on the guest and the event attendees—not just paying for what they drink, but starting a tab, tipping, or having to close out a credit card. While we DO offer cash/credit bar and beverage services for events, bartender/labor fees and additional charges, mobile bar rental fees and beverage minimums may be charged with your service. All of these additional costs will be discussed with each individual event and based on the event specifics and details on an event by event basis, weighing in all factors to determine what your actual events' beverage and bar service will cost as a total. Once again, every event has its' own purpose, occasion and its' own vibe and environment to create and be felt.
